With growing pressure from Amazon, how can vendors successfully navigate discussions on trade terms, AVS fees, and cost increases?
Join us for an expert-led roundtable featuring special guest Martin Heubel—strategy consultant and former Senior Manager at Amazon—who has helped countless vendors navigate Amazon’s complex ecosystem and significantly improve their margins.
The session will kick off with a 15-minute presentation from Martin, sharing timely insights into Amazon’s retail performance and the key factors to consider as you prepare for your 2026 terms negotiations.
After that, we’ll open the floor for a collaborative roundtable discussion with fellow vendors. This is a chance to ask questions, gain practical advice, and leave with actionable strategies to future-proof your negotiation approach and drive growth. This will be an extended 1.5 hour session to allow extra time for discussions.
We will base the discussion around the following 3 questions:
1: What are the biggest challenges you’ve faced when negotiating annual terms with Amazon—and how have you navigated them?
2: What tactics or strategies have helped you achieve better outcomes?
3: How are you preparing for potential changes in Amazon’s strategy or structure, and what steps are you taking now to future-proof your negotiation approach?
