These Terms & Conditions apply to all Vendor Society memberships and programmes, including Vendor Access, Vendor Grow, and Vendor Pro, operated by eCommerce Nurse Limited trading as Vendor Society (“Vendor Society”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By joining Vendor Society, completing payment, or ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Certain memberships, including Vendor Access, may be provided free of charge. Vendor Society reserves the right to modify, limit, or withdraw free membership access or benefits at any time.

For in-person events:
If you are unable to attend a session or event, membership fees remain payable and refunds will not be provided for non-attendance.
All Vendor Society materials, frameworks, presentations, recordings, templates, tools, and resources remain the intellectual property of eCommerce Nurse Limited.
Membership does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially reuse any materials without prior written consent.
Vendor Society provides strategic support, peer collaboration, educational content, and commercial discussion.
Nothing provided within Vendor Society constitutes regulated legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Members remain responsible for all commercial and operational decisions made within their business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor Society shall not be liable for:
