Roundtables are online, topic-focused sessions where Amazon Vendors share experiences, insights, and strategies in a safe, vendor-only environment.
Vendor Pro members get four 1-hour sessions per year with our Amazon Clinic experts. These must be booked in advance and can cover strategy, troubleshooting, or tailored advice for your Vendor Central account.
Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with Vendor Access before upgrading.
Memberships are tied to one Amazon Vendor account. However, more than one colleague can attend Virtual Roundtables or participate, provided they are linked to the same vendor account.
You’ll receive a unique discount code to use when booking Vendor Connect tickets. The first 5 Pro sign-ups also get 1 free ticket automatically.
All members are subscribed to the Vendor Society mailing list, so you’ll receive reminders, updates, and announcements straight to your inbox.
If you’re a Vendor Access member, you can simply unsubscribe from our mailing list or contact us to be removed from the community. Vendor Pro members can cancel their renewal at any time through their account or by contacting us directly. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid membership term.
