Webroot has been using Vendor Society since last February when we were having several issues that were not being addressed through Vendor Central. Also at that time we have a Vendor Manager, but she would only respond sporadically. There are so many helpful options for vendors that are not getting the support they need through Vendor Central or Seller Central. I started by using the Vendor Helpdesk to ask a question about Amazon kicking vendors off of VC and sending them to SC without any advance notifications. Carina responded in less than 24 hours and the answer was very helpful. The How To Training Guides and the Training Videos are great. My favorite though is the new Vendor Round table where we get on a call with several brands to talk about specific subjects. Even if you currently have a Vendor Manager I would still highly recommend joining Vendor Society.
